Solid decoking agent MT ® 4010 for Boilers is processed from non organic compounds in a certain proportion, and is non-toxic, non corrosive, and has the appearance of a powder solid. When the agent is sent into the high-temperature furnace, a large amount of chemical smoke is generated and fully distributed on the surfaces of various heat exchangers in the furnace, making the smoke scale on the heating surface of the boiler porous and loose, easy to pulverize and fall off.

1.The function of solid decoking agent for boilers: When the solid decoking agent MT ® 4010 for boilers is sent into the high-temperature furnace bed, it immediately becomes molten and quickly evaporates. In general it takes 3 to 5 minutes, and most of it flows with the flue gas and undergoes physical and chemical reactions with the smoke scale on the heating surface, causing highly corrosive sulfates, sulfites, and oxides to form slag from weak acidity (PH4) to weak alkalinity (PH8). Due to the lower melting point of alkaline slag compared to acidic slag, denaturation leads to a decrease in the melting point of slag formation, making it possible for the slag removal reaction to occur in the liquid phase, which promotes the detachment of coking, ash deposition, and scaling. This agent can continuously remove newly formed ash, without thickening the ash and avoiding excessive coking. Improving the combustion conditions of the boiler greatly enhances the heat transfer efficiency of the heating surface, avoiding fire extinguishing, shutdown, and even personal injury accidents caused by the automatic detachment of coking. Thus achieving the goals of energy conservation and safe operation.
2. Smoke and scale preventing function: Smoke and scale prevention refers to the process of removing old smoke and scale from the heating surface of a boiler, and then adding chemicals to prevent the formation of new smoke and scale. When the boiler ash and coke removal agent is heated and decomposed in the high-temperature furnace, and carried by the flue gas to the metal surface of the boiler, some of the metal and inorganic salts in the agent react chemically with the slag, causing the slag to fall off, and also reducing some ferrous sulfide in the slag to iron ions, forming a protective coating. This coating can neutralize the sulfuric acid and sulfurous acid continuously generated on the heating surface, protecting the pipe surface material from acid corrosion. Thereby extending the maintenance period and equipment life of the boiler, and reducing the labor intensity of workers.
1. As long as the prescribed amount of boiler ash and decoking agent is added directly to the high-temperature furnace bed in one or multiple stages. The boiler must be under normal combustion when dispensing or spraying chemicals.
2. During the initial stage of descaling, administer medication once or twice a day. After one week, administer the prescribed dosage once a day.
3. The fuel heating furnace can be equipped with air compressor injection method and negative pressure suction method.
