Product Description

The membrane flocculant MT1090 is a polymer flocculant composed of polymer compounds. In addition to strong electrical neutralization ability and adsorption flocculation effect, it also has strong adsorption bridging effect of organic polymer flocculants. Therefore, the product is often used in multi-media filter processes, playing a role in flocculation and sedimentation.
Our membrane flocculant MT1090 is mainly used in reverse osmosis pretreatment systems, suitable for a wide pH range of water bodies, with a general dosage of 2.0-10.0ppm. The product has a fast coagulation speed, a high density and solidity of the aggregated material, and good settling properties, which can accelerate solid-liquid separation speed and can extend the filter working cycle when directly filtering. The membrane flocculant MT1090 can be miscible with water in any ratio.

Product application

Medication point: before sand filter or multi-media filter
Dosage: An appropriate dosage should be calculated based on the turbidity of the incoming water, suspended solids, and colloid content. The recommended dosage is generally 2-10ppm.
Dilution: When using, it is recommended to prepare a 10-20% concentration aqueous solution, preferably with neutral water that does not contain salt impurities.
