Membrane scale inhibitor MT0100 is an efficient scale inhibitor and dispersant, especially suitable for water with high content of metal oxides, silicon, and scaling salts. Its scale inhibition efficiency is high and it does not form insoluble polymers by flocculation with residual flocculants or aluminum, iron ions, and silicon compounds. Using this product in the system can reduce reverse osmosis (RO) Equipment investment and operating costs for nanofiltration (NF) or ultrafiltration (UF) systems.
Membrane scale inhibitor MT0100 is a super concentrated scale inhibitor with a concentration factor of 8 times (by weight), which can effectively control inorganic scaling over a wide concentration range, with a maximum allowable LSI value of 2.8 without acid addition.

Product application

The membrane scale inhibitor MT0100 can be diluted 8 times and added to achieve the best effect. It is recommended to use reverse osmosis produced water for dilution.
The product is usually continuously added before the security filter.
