Product Description

Membrane scale inhibitor MT1050 is a super concentrated scale inhibitor with a concentration factor of 5 times (by weight), which effectively controls inorganic scaling over a wide concentration range, with a maximum allowable LSI value of 3.0 without acid addition.
The membrane scale inhibitor MT1050 does not aggregate with iron aluminum oxides and silicon compounds to form insoluble substances.
Our product is particularly effective in controlling iron, aluminum, and heavy metal pollutants, with an allowable iron concentration of up to 8.0ppm on the inlet side.
It can effectively inhibit the polymerization and deposition of silicon, and SiO2=300ppm is allowed on the concentrated water side.
Phosphorus free and environmentally friendly, suitable for membrane systems such as nanofiltration and reverse osmosis.

Product application

The membrane scale inhibitor MT1050 can be diluted 5 times and added to achieve the best effect. It is recommended to use reverse osmosis produced water for dilution, and is usually continuously added before the security filter.
